Ready for a New Direction?

Possibilities for the Heart and Mind

Helping Families & Marriages Repair, Recover, and Thrive

Welcome!

We all embark on the journey of life at the same starting point. We travel down the road before us, trying to carve out a path that will lead to the kind of life that will bring joy.

However, there are times when that path leads us off the course of happiness and fulfillment, and into the unexpected.

Whether you’re stuck in the woods of marital/couples problems, anxiety, or trauma, it is possible to climb out and get back on track. I know it feels daunting now, but that is why you are here.

Here at Anchor of Hope Family Therapy & Neurofeedback, we work with you to help develop the strategies you need to get back on the path that leads to happiness and success. Together, we work to address the issues you are facing so that you can climb out of those woods confident and ready to take on a new direction in life.

We work closely to analyze what struggles you are facing, their underlying causes, and collaborate to change the behaviors and thought patterns that are keeping you from being the person you want to be.

If you’re ready to get back on a path that leads to a more fulfilling life, then you’ve come to the right place. Contact us today and let’s work together to course correct.

About Dr. Larthenia Howard

Hi, I’m Larthenia Howard, a Registered Marriage and Family Intern on the Treasure Coast of Florida. I work with individuals, couples, and families who have ongoing challenges to connect in relationships, and who experience depression and anxiety. Too, I’m a neurofeedback practitioner serving clients with symptoms of ADD/HD, sleeplessness, low energy, stress, memory loss, and poor concentration. I help people create meaningful relationships with themselves and others, while expanding awareness of their influential connections.

I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve been through wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help. My own growth through personal life struggles is what helps me relate so deeply with clients. Therapy helped to put my life back in order. And, I enjoy guiding people towards positive changes and witnessing them achieve more fulfilling lives. One of the most rewarding aspects about being a therapist is seeing a person walk away lighter, more free, and excited about life.
